Over the next few minutes we are going to make sure that you're ready to get started with sofi.

I’ll also be sharing with you a few tricks in order to make your pioneer experience most successful!

As the first step of our journey, it’s crucial that we get to know you better.

So as to establish a control measure for your well-being and current routine, we begin, here, with the sofi App.

We’ll be asking you to journal for 10 consecutive days to help establish a mental and physical baseline within the app, before shipping three of our sofi plant pods to you.

Have you been able to install the Sofi app to your device? If not, take a moment to install the sofi pioneer app, which works both on Apple and Android devices

You need to install Test Flight on Apple as the sofi app is solely available at this time to sofi pioneers.

On Android devices simply install the sofi app via the Play Console. Wonderful!

Now, have you also set up your sofi profile? This takes about three minutes, and it is the only way for us to analyse the data generated by you during the pioneer program.

We understand that there is a lot of competition for our time and attention throughout the day, and we don't want sofi to become a nuisance. Think of it as a few minutes of extra self-care. A simple journal once per day.

There are notification settings for the App that you can personalise. You can find the notification settings on the top right corner of the sofi app screen by clicking on your profile.

You can also reach your sofi support team at all times using the sofi moon on the top left corner of the screen. The sofi team do sleep from time to time, but we will get back to you right away.
