once you order your sofi pod, your subscription costs £35 per month. this cost includes one month's plant formulation (three plant capsules), shipment (for those within the UK), and access to the app to map your responses to each plant in real time. your sofi pod will be shipped with your first set of three capsules
if you subscribe for six months, you'll receive one month's free refill pack in month 6. if you subscribe for 12 months, you'll receive three months' free refill packs in months 10, 11 and 12
you can cancel any of the subscriptions with 30-days notice. if you wish to cancel your contract early, your free month(s) of capsules are forfeited

- pre-order payment reserves your sofi pod from our limited production capacity in late 2023 and early 2024
- your subscription begins when your starter pack is sent out in late 2023 (containing your sofi pod and first three capsules for month 1)
- you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice period, as outlined above
- early cancellation of six or twelve-month subscription packs will forfeit any free capsules
- subscriptions are charged monthly, on an ongoing basis, until your subscription is stopped
- once you have spent one month on each of our key plants (valerian, passiflora and ashwagandha), sofi will choose the best option for you based on your results in the app, and this is the plant that will be sent to you each month after that. if you did not experience a sufficiently positive effect from our top three plants, sofi will automatically send you a fourth plant to try
